1st time and last time. The ultrasound Technician was very loud and rude. She kept talking over me when I was trying to clarify something. I have two children and never in my life encounter issues with getting an ultrasound done nor had a bad experience with an ultrasound technician. I refuse to reschedule and deal with that type of attitude.

Very friendly staff and even as a walk-in patient they are fairly quick with service. Although getting your results legibly, sent to your doctor takes a long time or a phone call to them asking for your results to be sent to your doctor.

First time having my Mammogram in this facility and I love it. Flexy and Tammy in the front desk were very nice and efficient. I had The tech names also Tammy and it was agreat experience with no pain like in previous times. Tammy the tech made me feel very comfortable. She was very pleasant and sweet. I will continue to do my annual exam w her if possible.

Made an appointment for a mammogram (a diagnostic mammogram at that) a month ago with them, I called a few days prior to the appointment to ask a question when the rep said they were just about to call me to let me know their machine is down and have no idea when they would have it running again which I understand these issues happen what go me aggravated was the fact she then told me they don’t know when they would be able to reschedule since the machine has been down for over 2 WEEKS!!! They have KNOWN the machine was down for 2 weeks and I have been waiting anxiously to have these exams done for over a month and NOW you tell me???? I had to call other providers and was able to find one to see me the same day they had cancelled my appointment, in other words I could have been seen by another facility 2 weeks ago if they actually cared for their patients. Complete lack of empathy for people anxiously waiting for diagnostic exams.

Went here a couple of months ago for a CT scan and the entire experience was great. From the first time I called to schedule the test until I walked out from having it done everyone I talked to was nice and super helpful. When I was there I didn't wait more than 5 minutes to get called back and the results got sent to my Dr's office quickly.
